A long time ago…

So, there’s this big collaborative project going on at starwarsuncut.com and I thought I’d give it a go. Here’s what I’m working on:::

obi WON

Anyone with a vimeo account can choose a 15 second clip from Star Wars: A New Hope and remake it in their own style. Then, after every scene has been redone by at least one person, they’re going to piece it all together to make one big, fan-made retelling of the original Star Wars. I don’t think I’m explaining it very well, so here’s the trailer…

Star Wars: Uncut Trailer from Casey Pugh on Vimeo.

Time is tight for me right now, so I probably won’t finish my segment for a week or two (or three {or four} ), but I’ll post it when I’m finished. Head over to their website if you’re interested. Anyone can be a part of it! Don’t just sit there like an overweight glob of grease. Come on!

JAMIN’ out those PANELZ

Hey guys. Had a sweet little mini-meeting today at my house with BT and Kevin. We had some laughs, shared some moments and made some sweet jam comics. Here’s our delicious labor-fruits…

Star Friends

Useless Iguana

Munch

My dog Fernie really likes BT and Kevin. They have tasty hands.

Also, just so you know, this is the last week to check out our Process Show in the PNCA Library. So if you haven’t seen it yet, check it out! Or don’t. Ball = in your court.
All for now! Buh-bye!

Another RCC Art Show

For those in the Portland area, stop by the Charles Voorhies Library at Pacific Northwest College of Art. The RCC has a process show hanging throughout October, members brought in pieces that represented all stages of comic production, from initial sketches and scripts, to inked pages, to finished books.

The show looks great if I do say so myself.

Dooder Desktops

Hey friends. I’m currently working on an independent computer game called “Dooder”. It’s still a long time from being published, but I was messing around in flash, and sketched up a portrait of Dooder. I made a desktop out of it, so feel free to download at your leisure.

BEWARE THE ROBOPOCALYPSE!

The Robopocalypse Comics Collective (RCC) is a nine member collective of artists from Portland, OR. We formed in 2007 to support each other in our shared love of creating comics. Each member works on his/her own comics while periodically contributing to group anthologies and projects. All our comics are available for purchase in the store, and don't forget to check back here for more updates from the RCC.
